Responsibility toward employees and society as a whole has traditionally been important at Groz-Beckert. One example of this is the company's own health scheme BKK Groz-Beckert, which dates back to the year 1888. In 2013 a new and generously-sized Health and Education Center (GEBIZ) is due to be built at the company headquarters in Albstadt – and will include a daycare center, a kindergarten and an elementary school, as well as a health and wellness area for all the company's employees. Furthermore, Groz-Beckert is consistently investing in further training, offering workshops, training courses and trainee programs. The Groz-Beckert Foundation aims to find and encourage talent.
Sustainability naturally includes the environment. A central priority at Groz-Beckert, therefore, is to contribute to emission reductions with its products.
