As Area Sales Manager, I’ve been doing a lot of intercontinental travel for sales for around three years. When I joined the company, the mentor program during my induction period was really great. I was introduced to my area of responsibility gradually by the program, and got to know the company, colleagues and business partners well.

This positive feeling has accompanied me to the present day. This is due to a great working atmosphere within the company, in our team and of course, my exciting and challenging work. Among other things, I’m responsible for the support, establishment and further development of sales in my assigned regions.


Because I grew up abroad, I speak fluent English, French and Arabic in addition to German, which is extremely helpful when working with our customers all over the world. At Groz-Beckert, all employees have the opportunity to take part in in-house language courses and trainings.

This was extremely useful for me when I first joined the company and has enabled me to expand my professional knowledge and to use it successfully time and time again. The work with our global team and customers from a wide range of countries and cultures is a really positive aspect for me. No two days are the same. And it's this international approach and variety that I experience in the everyday business, and in the many business trips I take, that I love so much about my work!
