We identify, assess and minimize the significant risks at our production sites around the world. For all relevant risk scenarios known to us there are action plans in place which help minimize the effects of a damage event.

Environmental protection and energy efficiency
Our challenges include protecting the environment and climate in order to preserve them for current and coming generations. With us, responsible treatment of resources begins during the planning of our processes, products and services.

Social and legal responsibility
We consider compliance with legal standards a minimum requirement. Our in-house standards apply at all sites worldwide and take precedence on site over legal provisions, insofar as they exceed their requirements. We are dedicated to social and ethical activity and steer clear of any type of corruption, discrimination and child labor.

Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
Our activity is systematically planned in accordance with the Plan-Do-Check-Act control system, executed and monitored. We persistently follow up on our actions in order to constantly improve.
