Groz-Beckert Carding optimizes services in Europe
The Groz-Beckert Carding service workshop in Deerlijk, Belgium, will be consolidated with the carding workshop in Albstadt, Germany, at the end of March 2017. Repair of special rollers and mounting of special card clothing for European carding customers has, until now, taken place at the service workshops in Germany and Belgium. Both workshops will be merged by the end of March 2017 to act as a central service workshop for European customers. It will be located at Groz-Beckert KG headquarters in Albstadt. As a customer you will benefit in particular from improved process execution and quicker supply via effective use of resources.
Expansion of workshop services
On April 1, 2017 the central carding service workshop in Albstadt-Ebingen will take over all customer service orders executed by the Belgian service workshop. The service program encompasses services for the nonwovens industry as well as for the spinning industry. Service for the nonwovens industry consists primarily of the rewiring of special rollers and includes concentricity check, balancing and grinding of rollers, repair of shafts and replacement of bearings.
The range of services for the spinning industry is comprehensive, from mounting, grinding and checking of revolving tops to mounting of licker-in wires. Groz-Beckert furthermore provides highly qualified service with short response times by qualified technicians.
Processes for workshop jobs are entirely executed by Groz-Beckert Carding in Albstadt. Logistic procedures are optimized to meet specific customer demands. Focus is set on smooth execution and high customer satisfaction. The well proven mobile service in both Belgium and Germany will remain unchanged to provide you, as our customer, with the Groz-Beckert service standard you are used to.
