Communicating benefits transparently
Making the benefits of products immediately comprehensible – that's Groz-Beckert's mission at the ITMA 2015. The benefits that customers can gain from innovations on a large as well as a small scale will be communicated even more transparently in the future. Groz-Beckert products and services will not only be experienced at the ITMA 2015 through spectacular exhibits in the form of transparent acrylic glass machines; communication will focus on the specific benefits offered to Groz-Beckert customers by the use of these products.
The product sector Knitting will be on show with all of three acrylic glass machines, illustrating the benefits offered by the expanded and partially renewed product portfolio, and also the perfect interaction of the individual components, leading to impressive end-products and appealingly profitable results.
The comprehensive range of perfectly coordinated products in the product sector Weaving will also be vividly presented at the ITMA 2015. As a systems supplier in the weaving sector – from weaving preparation through to intelligent solutions for the weaving process - Groz-Beckert will be displaying its strengths with two more acrylic glass exhibits and a large amount of detailed information.
Nonwovens and Carding
In the production of filter media, customer benefit also includes fine details. The product sector Felting will be presenting this subdivision of the nonwovens production sector at the Groz-Beckert booth, and impressively demonstrating the sheer efficiency of the product range. A needling machine made of acrylic glass will be presenting the Groz-Beckert felting and structuring needles in an entirely new way, and providing fascinating insights into their operation. For the production of filter felts as well as for other special applications, from geotextiles to automotive products, Groz-Beckert always has the right needle available – plus advice on optimal needle selection.
The Groz-Beckert product range Carding will also be presented to the public at the ITMA 2015 for the very first time. This will include an impressive product presentation, with two acrylic machines (card and card clothing) making the operations during the processing of fibers transparent. The special intricacies of Groz-Beckert card clothing, which makes carding faster and more efficient, will also be presented.
Systematic setup and process planning
Competition is tough in the tufting market, so quality and efficiency are as paramount here as they are in many other areas. The tufting modules from Groz-Beckert not only demonstrate the successful production of consistently high quality, they also display the efficiency of Groz-Beckert products when it comes to service life, which is crucial for efficient production, lower wear, and fewer downtimes.
The Groz-Beckert product sector Sewing has set itself the task of perfecting processes for the sewing industry. In logistics as well as in needle handling during production, Groz-Beckert sets new standards. At the ITMA 2015 Groz-Beckert customers can find out how to benefit optimally from the concepts and services in the product sector Sewing.
