Groz-Beckert at ITMA 2023 – Experience precision in every detail

Get ready for the ITMA 2023. At our exhibition booth in Hall 2, Booth D101 we present highlights and innovations from all our product areas.
Knitting
In the Circular Knitting segment two newly developed knitting systems will be on show which have been realized in collaboration with machine builders. The focus is on energy savings, extended cleaning intervals and increased process reliability. The Flat Knitting area will be presenting a newly developed high-performance needle, which is particularly suitable for the production of technical or medical textiles. In the Legwear segment the spotlight is on both further developed sock and hosiery needles as well as system parts. The Warp Knitting product group will be presenting, among other things, a newly developed guide needle for piezo jacquard machines.
Weaving
In addition to the machines for weaving preparation, the Weaving product sector will present its recently expanded portfolio of technical reeds especially for customers producing fabrics with high densities.
Felting
The Felting (Nonwovens) product area will be introducing two world firsts at ITMA: a new barb shape and the Groz-Beckert felting needle module, in which the needles are embedded as a module in a plastic mold for the first time.
Tufting
For the production of tufted floor coverings such as carpets, bath mats or artificial turf, the Tufting product sector will be presenting its proven Gauge Part System.
Carding
For the nonwovens industry the Carding sector will be presenting the world's finest interlocking wire at the exhibition. For the spinning industry the focus will be on further developed stationary flats with a new, resistant aluminum profile and revolving tops for processing of fine yarns.
Sewing
Whether it’s sewing technical or finest textiles – the sewing machine needles of the SAN™ series have been specially developed for demanding sewing operations. The product group will also be presenting its new Needle Finder, an interactive tool that helps customers select the right needle, at ITMA.
