Albstadt/Frankfurt on the Main: The exhibitions Techtextil and Texprocess will be held simultaneously in Frankfurt on the Main from 4 to 7 May 2015. At these leading trade fairs for technical textiles and nonwovens (Techtextil) and for the processing of textile and flexible materials (Texprocess), the exhibitors will present the whole value chain and set new trends. Groz-Beckert will show its comprehensive range and service highlights at the Techtextil in hall 3.0, at booth F03.

In the Felting area, the focus is on filtration with needle felts. Owing to a variety of needle types with different barb sizes, barb styles, gauges and cross sections, Groz-Beckert can offer the right felting needles for differently needled filter media. For a high surface quality, a combination of GEBECON® and EcoStar felting needles can be recommended. The stability of the GEBECON® in the preneedling process and the EcoStar in the intermediate and finish needling provide for an optimum surface of the finished product. The Twisted needle has a twisted working part, for a more defined use of the barbs and a more efficient needling.

The Sewing area is characterized by a comprehensive service concept. As a good product quality has become a minimum requirement of the markets, factors like sustainable production and efficiency increases as well as the wish for new and more sophisticated designs are gaining importance. Groz-Beckert's response to this challenge is its service concept SEWING5. It stands for the five "S" (Supply, Solutions, Service, Superiority, and Sustainability), representing the company's integral customer orientation and service competence:

The Knitting area will present its expanded range of warp knitting products. Step by step the needles and system parts will be complemented by modules for tricot machines. In addition, they will present the most precise needle available in the market to show the difference that circular knitting needles and cylinders can make when it comes to fine fabrics.

The Weaving area will go into the variety of technical fabrics. Groz-Beckert offers all kinds of healds and heald frames, precisely meeting the requirements of the relevant materials. At the exhibition they will present weaving accessories for different application fields – for example, the high-performance heald frame ALtop® Hybrid® characterized by its outstanding bending resistance and simple handling as well as long service life and consequently reduced demand of spare parts. In addition, they will exhibit products for special applications like the TWINtec heald that can be used for weaving carbon fiber, aramid and glass fiber.

Groz-Beckert serves all central textile production and joining processes – from products and services through to an own training program, the Groz-Beckert Academy. Besides textile basics, advanced and special courses about tools for the production of textiles, held in the Technology and Development Center (TEZ) in Albstadt, also individual training courses at the customer's site are offered. The courses are held by experienced experts and are based on the latest methodical and didactical knowledge.
