ShanghaiTex 2017 – trade fair highlights from Groz-Beckert

Albstadt, Deutschland/Shanghai, China: From 27 – 30 November 2017, the textile world will be coming together in Shanghai, China, at the International Textile Machinery Exhibition – or ShanghaiTex for short. In the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, exhibitors will be presenting innovations in their sector from around the world. The focus will be on the application fields experiencing the strongest growth and cross-technology solution approaches. Groz-Beckert is represented with product and service highlights from the fields of Knitting, Weaving and Carding (Hall W1, Booth A40).
Satisfaction survey with nonwovens customer

Starting Tuesday, June 13th we are conducting a customer satisfaction survey until August 11th, 2017. We have asked the company Forum Mainz to do this for us. They are going to call a group of randomly selected customers.
Groz-Beckert at the Techtextil and Texprocess 2017

Albstadt/Frankfurt, Germany: The Techtextil and Texprocess are being held from 9 to 12 May 2017 at the Frankfurt trade fair grounds. The Texprocess is the leading international trade fair for the garment-manufacturing and textile-processing industry; the Techtextil for technical textiles and nonwovens. Exhibitors at the Techtextil are presenting their new products under the slogan “Connecting the Future”. Groz-Beckert will be at the Techtextil presenting its comprehensive product portfolio and service offering in the areas of Knitting, Weaving, Felting, Carding and Sewing in hall 3.0 at booth F03.
Groz-Beckert takes over Aachen producer of sewing machine needles Schmetz

Albstadt/Aachen: Effective 2 January 2017 Groz-Beckert takes over the Ferd. Schmetz Group. The Ferd. Schmetz Group is a long-established producer of industrial sewing machine needles and has around 700 employees worldwide. The acquisition includes the production sites in Germany, Switzerland and India as well as the global distribution network.
India ITME 2016 – Groz-Beckert presents transparent product variety

Albstadt, Germany/Shanghai, China. The ITMA Asia + CITME 2016 was held in Shanghai, China from 21 to 25 October at the National Exhibition and Convention Center and attracted over 100,000 visitors. Groz-Beckert held technical discussions with more than 4,000 visitors during the five days of the trade fair. Most of the visitors to the Groz-Beckert booth were from Asia.
International textile conference in Albstadt: Groz-Beckert invited customers and partners to an innovative exchange

Albstadt/Germany: On Thursday, 22 September 2016, Groz-Beckert invited partners and customers to Albstadt for an event with many expert presentations from the textile industry. Around 160 international participants from highly innovative textile industry companies accepted the invitation.
ITMA Asia 2016 – experience textile production with Groz-Beckert

Albstadt/Shanghai: The fifth ITMA Asia will be take place in Shanghai in October and will be held in the newly built National Exhibition and Convention Center for the first time. Groz-Beckert will be joining textile companies from all over the world to present products at the event from 21 - 25 October 2016. The company will be presenting products and solutions across the entire textiles value chain at its booth D29 in hall 4.
