The protection of your data is very important to us, Groz-Beckert KG (hereinafter: "Groz-Beckert", "we"). We would therefore like to inform you about which categories of personal data we process for which purposes in the context of the career portal and which rights you are entitled to.

2. How do we collect and what do we use your personal data for? 2.1 Creation of a candidate profile
On our careers page https://jobs.groz-beckert.com/ you will find current vacancies for which you can apply.
If you apply for a position with us, you must first set up a candidate profile.
Your identification data ( surname, first name[A1] ) and contact details (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number) are processed as part of the creation of the candidate profile. Your data will be stored in our recruiting system.
The legal basis for creating an account is your consent. You can delete your account at any time by clicking on "Delete profile" in your account / profile under Settings.
You have the option of selecting the visibility of your profile:
- All recruiters of the company worldwide
You agree to the group-wide processing of your data. You can find an overview of the companies on our website at www.groz-beckert.com/en/career/groz-beckert-as-an-employer/locations.html.
- All recruiters of the company in my country/region
You agree to the transfer of your data in your country or region.
For applicants from Asia (except India), support is provided by our subsidiary Groz-Beckert East Asia LLP in Singapore.
For applicants from America, support is provided by our subsidiary Groz-Beckert Groz-Beckert USA Inc. in the USA.

You agree to your data being passed on to the recruiter in charge. As a rule, this will be an employee from the company you are applying to.
For positions in Asia (with the exception of India), support is provided by our subsidiary Groz-Beckert East Asia LLP in Singapore.
For positions from America, support is provided by our subsidiary Groz-Beckert Groz-Beckert USA Inc. in the USA.
2.2 Processing of your application documents
Your application will be processed in accordance with the rules of the country in which you have applied. Details can be found in the privacy policy of the respective country on our homepage.
2.3 Groz-Beckert Job Alert (Talent Community)
You can subscribe to our job alert newsletter via our website. After registering, you will be listed in the Groz-Beckert Talent Community and will receive an e-mail every 7 days about new vacancies.
To register, we process your identification data (surname, first name, title) and your e-mail address.
Registration is voluntary and is based on your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent and cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel the subscription, simply click on the "Cancel subscription" field in the job alert. After cancelation, we will delete your e-mail address from our mailing list.
