Satisfied users from Syria notice "subtle difference"
Eskeif Bros. from Syria is an almost fully integrated textile company. With around 400 employees, its production focuses on ready-to-wear ladies' garments for the domestic market, neighbouring Arab countries and Turkey. Until recently, needles from the competition were used - but ever since a comprehensive comparison test, the entire machine park has now been re-equipped with Groz-Beckert needles.
Focus on ultrafine circular-knit fabrics
The trend towards ever finer gauges is presenting machine producers and system and parts supplier with ever newer challenges - across the entire textile value-added chain. From the point of view of a systems supplier this results in the most diverse requirements. The following article provides an overview here, ranging from the properties and potential applications of ultrafine knitted fabrics to sewing styles in line with requirements.
Warp-Tying Machine Expertise
Today Groz-Beckert is marketing the comprehensive range of Fischer-Poege and Knotex warp-tying machine systems worldwide. The sophisticated warp tying technology of these machines - which have proven themselves for many decades now - has made Groz-Beckert a leading provider in this sector of weaving preparation.
Far more than 10,000 machines of both brands are in daily operation in weaving mills for all areas of application, from cotton weaving mills and filament, silk and carpet mills to every single sector of technical weaving. The ongoing further developments, the service friendliness of both systems and also the excellent customer service - with over 20 service bases in the most important markets - continue to impress users all over the world.
The Competence Centre Nonwovens in the TEZ
The new Technology and Development Centre (TEZ) combines the textile competencies knitting, weaving, tufting, sewing and nonwovens under one roof, and enables the individual divisions to cooperate intensively with regard to both technology and organisation. Products made from various different textile surfaces can be viewed and optimised holistically. With the usual discretion, customer problems are solved jointly and comprehensively.
