Return and recycling of our electronic products
Our electronic products are marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin. This symbol indicates that the electronic product is an electronic equipment and must not be disposed of into the unsorted waste stream. Electrical and electronic equipment contain a complex mixture of materials, some of which can be hazardous. These can cause environmental and health problems if the discarded devices are not managed properly. The separate collection and recycling of your waste electronic equipment at the time of disposal will help to conserve natural resources and ensure that it is recycled in a manner that protects human health and the environment.
Waste electronic equipment that you have originally purchased from us can be returned to us. We use the European-wide logistics and recycling infrastructure of

You can access this infrastructure by placing an e-mail return request directly to envenance GmbH. Please indicate the model type and serial number of the machine that you want to dispose of and send the request to
The envenance GmbH will then coordinate the pick-up of the electronic equipment. The treatment is executed in the same country as the pick-up location at no charges for you. We reserve the right to invoice transportation.
